Central bank of Paraguay sells $85 million on FX market to contain guaraní

The Central Bank of Paraguay (BCP) carried out compensatory sales of $85 million on the bank foreign exchange desk to stem the depreciation of the guaraní against the dollar, driven by importers of inputs.
