Uruguay's foreign ministry advances bilateral tariff preferences with Vietnam

Uruguay's Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced the signing of a technical memorandum of understanding with Vietnam to reduce tariffs on beef and dairy exports, outside the regulatory framework of Mercosur.
