Hinton Strategic Partners and PS&A have formed an alliance to facilitate the entry of international investors and companies into the Venezuelan market. The collaboration will combine HSP's global network and strategic advisory with PS&A's legal and regulatory expertise. The alliance event was attended by Sabin Hinton, founder of Hinton Strategic Partners (HSP), a strategic consulting and international business development firm; José Rafael Parra Saluzzo, director of PS&A Despacho de Abogados; and Andrés Cedeño, HSP's director for Venezuela.
Figures from the financial, legal, political and business spheres, along with the consulting firm's team, highlighted the importance of this alliance, which brings together, on one side, HSP's expertise, including its international network in institutional relations and its strategic advice for entering new markets, and on the other, PS&A's competence, which adds its knowledge of the Venezuelan environment and its portfolio of legal services, regulatory compliance, executive mobility and support for establishing companies.
Both firms seek to offer investors, companies from the United States and other markets a reliable and professional gateway to the opportunities Venezuela offers, in order to keep building sustainable solutions aimed at small and medium-sized industry, guaranteeing legal certainty so that resources positively transform the quality of life of people and/or businesses.
Sabin Hinton, founder of Hinton Strategic Partners, said:
"Venezuela has enormous potential, and today there is a real interest among international investors in getting to know it firsthand. This alliance with PS&A allows us to support them with rigor, transparency and deep local knowledge."
For his part, José Rafael Parra Saluzzo, director of PS&A, stated: "For our firm, it is an honor to welcome Mr. Hinton to Caracas and to seal this alliance. Our commitment is to build concrete bridges between the United States and Venezuela that translate into projects, jobs and development."
Mr. Hinton's visit to Venezuela includes a schedule of meetings with representatives of the Venezuelan business and institutional sectors, aimed at identifying opportunities in areas such as energy, infrastructure, agriculture, technology and mining.
