Aguinaldo payments begin loading onto Sistema Patria for public-sector workers
Venezuela's public institutions have begun loading aguinaldo payments for state workers onto the Sistema Patria platform.

Venezuela's public institutions have begun loading aguinaldo payments for state workers onto the Sistema Patria platform. The process started after notices issued by agencies such as the General Directorate of Human Talent of the Sucre state governorship and several public universities across the country.
Sistema Patria centralizes the distribution of bonuses, subsidies and government payments in Venezuela. Through this digital mechanism, the executive transfers funds directly to registered beneficiaries, a system implemented to manage the state payroll and social assistance programs.
The payment was recorded in the file labeled "Aguinaldo, monthly November 2026" for the year-end bonus, according to information published by El Pitazo. University and labor unions said amounts vary by position and pay scale, and the estimated maximum payment is 10 dollars, according to statements from union representatives cited by the outlet.
For the calculation and subsequent disbursement of these stipends in the national economy, the Central Bank of Venezuela (BCV) sets the official reference rate. The current official exchange rate stands at 888.12 bolívares per dollar and 989.72 bolívares per euro, figures that serve as the legal basis for converting public payrolls.
