Yummy now sells tickets: domestic and international flights in one booking

Yummy Venezuela has launched a new digital platform for buying domestic and international flight tickets in a single transaction, according to the portal Descifrado, which reported it on October 10, 2026. The tool, called Yummy Travel, aims to simplify the purchase of tickets that traditionally required separate arrangements for local and foreign legs of a trip.

The company's CEO, Vicente Zavarce, said through its official channels that the service operates in an integrated way within the company's mobile app and allows payments in bolívares. The solution aims to address the usual frictions of the local air travel market, where users had to deal with multiple intermediaries and fragmented payments in foreign currencies.

These technological developments come amid a high degree of bimonetization and adoption of digital tools in the country. According to data published by El Nacional, the mobile payment system accounts for 63% of financial transactions in the Venezuelan economy, reflecting the payment infrastructure available for e-commerce and everyday services.

Bringing transport services together within a single app is intended to capture demand for urban and regional mobility by accumulating internal benefits for users. For now, the platform operates through its website and plans its full rollout within the mobile app.
