Nueve Once becomes a holding company backed by Grupo Cisneros

Nueve Once is pursuing corporate expansion to become a health holding company with the financial backing of Grupo Cisneros, according to the outlet Banca y Negocios, which reported it on October 20, 2026. The reorganization aims to coordinate new investments and expand the company's presence in Venezuela's health market.

The structural transformation allows the organization to integrate medical services, proprietary technology and a network of commercial partners. According to information disclosed by Banca y Negocios, the company has provided more than 2,800,000 medical services since its founding and has recorded an average annual revenue growth of 42% since 2021.

Within its operating model, the medical care platform reaches 1.2 million people in the country, supported by alliances with insurers and telecommunications operators. Internal indicators cited by the outlet point to a net promoter score of 82 and 95% satisfaction among users.

The entry of Grupo Cisneros, a conglomerate with more than 95 years of history in sectors such as media, telecommunications and technology, strengthens the firm's capacity to progressively add new services to its care portfolio.
