Ridery tops 4 million users in Venezuela
The digital mobility platform Ridery surpassed 4 million users and 2.5 million trips in Venezuela.

The digital mobility platform Ridery surpassed 4 million users and 2.5 million trips in Venezuela, according to the portal Banca y Negocios, on September 25, 2026. The company also has 200,000 drivers registered in 23 cities across the country after five years of development with local technology.
The growth of these ride-hailing applications is part of the transformation of urban services and the search for private mobility alternatives in the face of the limitations of traditional public transport. To operate in this segment, the company maintains a private ground transportation scheme that is distinct from traditional taxis and aligned with the regulations of the Instituto Nacional de Transporte Terrestre (INTT).
In an internal report on 12 million trips, cited by Banca y Negocios, the company said that more than 80% of drivers have not received any negative ratings and that 40% of service reports are concentrated among 10% of its affiliates. The company also participates in working groups with the Asociación de Industriales, Fabricantes y Ensambladores de Motociclos de Venezuela (AIFEM) to promote best practices in the sector.
To support road safety, the platform promotes technical inspections at its own inspection centers, the use of tools such as an SOS button, and the initial distribution of 2,000 reflective vests and high-visibility helmets. Additionally, its employment support program covers more than 1,000 vehicles.
