The announcement was made during the ALTA AGM & Airlines Leaders Forum, held from October 18 to 20 at the Hyatt Regency hotel in Mexico City. The alliance is intended to serve as a point of contact for the association and for international airlines planning to assess the Venezuelan market and its regulations.
The arrival of local advisers at the forum comes amid economic opening in Venezuela, a process that has raised expectations about the resumption of operations and the arrival of new foreign investment in the commercial aviation sector.
